What Our Gym Offers

Group Training

Our group fitness classes are designed to help you lose weight, tone up, and jump start a sluggish metabolism in just 35 minutes.

We use a combination of full body strength training and various cardio/fat loss finishers to achieve maximum results in minimum time.

Group classes vary in size depending on the day and time, but we like to keep the numbers in the 4-12 person range. This ensures you get high quality coaching and stay safe during every single workout.

The majority of our members are in their 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s so we make sure to include lower impact exercise modifications for common ailments that we see, such as low back, knee, or shoulder issues.

Hybrid Training

Our hybrid training includes everything listed above, with the difference being you are coached from the comfort of your own home instead of being at our physical location.

All you do is join the live class via zoom, and we will coach you online just as if you were in person.

This means you still get feedback and corrections on your exercise form to ensure safety, you get encouragement and motivation from a live coach, and you feel like you’re part of the actual class without leaving your home.

This is especially nice during the cold winter months when you don’t want to be out driving in the early morning snow and wind.
