Fit Camp 35 is the Okemos areas only group fitness program designed specifically for men and women over 40. Our workouts provide a unique blend of strength training and cardio to help you burn fat and tone up in just 35 minutes. We understand you are busy and live a life full of obstacles.Our goal is to make sure fitness isn’t one of those. No long workout sessions on boring cardio equipment. No fad diets. No crazy Cross-Fit type workouts. Simple, but effective total body workouts led by a certified personal trainer to help you keep you safe while still getting in a kick butt workout in half the time of normal fitness classes.
Our goals are not to drill you into the ground until you are swimming in a puddle of sweat and can barely move. We believe workouts should energize you, not kill you. We will push you accordingly and get you outside of your comfort zone, but in a safe and healthy way so that you feel strong, empowered, and ready to conquer the day. We utilize a variety of equipment that is both super effective, but safe and easy to use. We play fun, upbeat music during each session, and no two workouts are the same so you’re not getting bored doing the same thing over and over and over again.

Coach Nick is a certified personal trainer through ACE (The American Council On Exercise). He has over 10 years experience as a one-on-one
personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
As a skinny fat teenager who was sick of being called “Slim”, “Skinny”, and “Scrawny”, Coach Nick signed up for a weight lifting class during his senior year of high school.
He quickly caught the fitness bug and over the next few years transformed his body from skinny fat to lean, muscular, and athletic.
At the age of 28, Coach Nick decided to change career’s and got his personal trainer certification from ACE.
The rest is history.
He’s been helping people transform their bodies and minds through fitness ever since.
He’s a crazy golf nut, loves football and basketball, enjoys visiting random lunch spots with his mom, and has 11 nieces and nephews.
If he’s not out golfing with his buddies, he’s probably home drinking a Heineken or two and watching reruns of Seinfeld, The Office, or Two and A
