Our 35-minute group fitness circuits focus entirely on safe, low-impact, joint-friendly strength training that protects your knees, hips, and lower back. Our experienced coaches specialize in fitness for mature bodies and provide personalized movement modifications for every single exercise. You will never feel left behind, forced to jump, or pressured to do anything that doesn’t feel right for your body.

    As our bodies mature, long hours of exhaustive cardio can actually elevate stress hormones like cortisol, leading to fatigue and stubborn weight gain. Fit Camp 35 utilizes a science-backed blend of targeted strength training and metabolic conditioning packed into a highly efficient 35-minute session. This specific format is designed to boost metabolism, preserve lean muscle, support shifting hormones, and burn calories safely without overtaxing your joints or draining your energy for the rest of the day.

Our small group training classes in Okemos are entirely self-paced and capped at small groups so you get dedicated, 1-on-1 style attention from our personal trainers.
