Our Story

It Started With Small Classes and Big Heart – How Fit Camp 35 Was Born

Fit Camp 35 started in 2017 with just a few small classes and a big mission: help real people feel strong, confident, and supported.

What started as a general group class quickly became a go to space for women over 40 who wanted something different from the typical gym setting. Today, our members show up for effective, strength-based workouts and stay for the welcoming vibe, expert coaching, and friendships that go beyond the gym.

This isn’t about extreme fitness—it’s about building strength for real life, in a place where you’re seen, supported, and always cheered on.

About Our Trainers

Coach Nick

Nick brings 12 years of high-energy coaching, expert form guidance, and a “no-intimidation” approach to every session. A former athlete turned ACE-certified trainer, he specializes in helping busy adults—especially women over 40—build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits through smart, circuit-style training.

Coach Natalie Greener

Natalie has been in the fitness industry since 2016. A two time graduate of Michigan State University, Natalie received her Master of Public Health in 2024 and Bachelor’s of Kinesiology in 2016. Her combination of experience and education has crafted a career focused on helping individuals improve physical well being through physical activity and exercise.
